It is simple to create lead feedback forms to use internally or to use as a lead generation form on your website. AIMpromote allows you to easily create as many custom form fields as you like. Once you have created the form fields (extremely easy and quick) you can add them to as many forms as you like. All the forms that you use within the AIMpromote system are essentially, like all websites, created using HTML by the system (no HTML knowledge required). This means that you can customize your forms to include scripts, instructions, or any other information you want to convey with the form.

The important thing to remember is that all the data in your system is stored within fields. Forms are merely a way to present fields in a particular order, with a particular look and feel. The data that they hold is not specific to a form, but rather is associated with a field (e.g. an answer is always associated with a question). When a field is filled out on one form, if the same field is on other forms, it will show as already having been populated. This saves a representative from having to enter duplicate information on multiple forms, and it allows for a more streamlined workflow.

It is simple to choose which fields go on which forms and in what order. The form builder allows you to make your forms look great by using basic HTML tags or even more advanced CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). You can publish any form in your system to a web page by simply copying the form publishing code into your web page. Then, when you make changes to that form in the AIMpromote system, those changes will automatically be reflected on your website. It couldn't be easier!
