| Custom Lead Substatus |
You can set up custom sub-statuses for the open, closed-won, closed-lost, or non-qualified statuses that help to further set the stage of the lead. Some common custom sub-statuses are:
- open
left message, made 1st contact or pending loan pre-qual
- closed-lost
went with competition, didn't qualify for loan, or couldn't contact
- non-qual
Non-financially viable, or not appropriate for services.
Sub-statuses can be color-coded so you can easily distinguish between your leads in the lead list. Custom sub-statuses make it possible to really see what is happening or happened to the lead, and helps to see more precise effectiveness of your ad campaigns. They are a great way to further separate your leads and make for easy refinement of your lead list. Creating sub-statuses is as simple as giving it a name and choosing which of the four statuses it is associated with.
