The ability to work leads in a timely and efficient manner is obtainable by having the proper information right at your fingertips. That is why AIMpromote gives you the power to create a lead list that shows the information you need to see without opening the lead to retrive important lead data. There are easy to see buttons at the top of the list that allow you to turn on columns for lead ID, date, time, status, substatus, user group, or user.
AIMpromote gives you up to five more customizeable columns that you can easily turn on or off to view in the lead list. You can display things such as name, phone number, email, or any of the custom fields in your lead form. AIMpromote also give you the ability to display one custom column based on analytic data. You can display the affiliate to whom the lead should be credited, or the campaign associated with the lead. You can view the web form that was submitted, or the lead's opprtunity value. The custom analytics column can also display web analytics such as search engine, search phrase, or referring URL.
The remaining lead data that will not fit in the columns of the lead list are easily viewable by hovering over a particular spot next to the lead (chevrons), and the rest of the lead data of all the custom fields in your form appear. At a glance you can see the data you need to make calls, know which leads are qualified, or which leads need to be worked immediately.
