 There are several ways to handle the distribution of sales leads within your organization. This added functionality helps you make sure that your precious and valuable leads are followed up and that you generate as many new sales as possible from your leads. As you receive new leads into your AIMpromote lead management database they will by default be "Unassigned." You configure the option of who can access the new leads, or have new leads assigned automatically to the sales rep that you prefer based on specific lead criteria.
In order to evenly distribute leads amongst your representatives, you can set up "round-robin" lead distibution. So, when a lead comes into your system, it can automatically be assigned to the next person in a queue within your organization, or it can be assingned to the next user in the next group in a queue, or it can be assigned to the next user in a queue with in your organization. "Round-robin" lead distibution makes it effortless to give your represntatives the equal amount of leads.
You can even have your AIMpromote system automatically reassign neglected leads to a new salesperson after a configured period of time. There is no other lead management system that has the power to make sure that you never lose another lead due to neglect.
