Default ACT! Compatibility

Is there any easy way to:

Have leads batch to ACT! and schedule tasks in ACT! ?

Right now we use WRG (Web Response Grabber aka Webgrabber) - but this is an expensive clunky program. There is also some problems scraping the AIM standard output email lead.

What would be the best way to get leads to ACT! via batch or real time?

While we are typically a substitute alternative to ACT!, we realize that every piece of software has its place. For this reason we do have some clients who choose to run ACT! in tandem with AIMpromote. To transfer leads from AIMpromote to ACT! they typically just exprt a CSV from AIMpromote and import that CSV into ACT!.

If this does not answer your question please let me know and I'll try again.

I think one day we might ditch ACT all together, right now we are over our head with this program for many years - it is no easy task to drop something you have used for 6 years.

The exporting / importing is something (although a manual step) works well with AIM.
